Paula is a highly experienced healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) executive who brings over 35 years of knowledge and know-how to Pediatrica Health Group.  As the founder and CEO of a national revenue cycle consulting and billing company focused on improving revenues and implementing infrastructure in the behavioral health space, under Paula’s leadership, organizations realized success, consistently increasing reimbursement by 20% – 35%.

Paula’s leadership journey included senior-level roles with organizations such as HCA and Tenet, forging ahead in implementing the first centralized business office environments, resulting in increased margins at both corporations. She was an administrator at Pediatric Associates and the regional director of RCM operation for Pediatrix Medical Group, where she implemented six corporate-wide best practice standards that integrated RCM into acquisitions and integrations, decreasing claim hold times significantly. Additionally, Paula led the revenue cycle team as chief revenue cycle officer and COO of multiple behavioral health facilities across the United States.
